Zhixu AI1. Service and costs
Zhixu AI offers AI-assisted conversations, writing/translation drafts and image creation. The current beta is free, with no user payments, subscriptions, ads or in-app purchases. The operator covers test API costs. Features, limits and availability may change during testing or maintenance; material changes will be explained in the app or here.
2. Territories and devices
Online AI features are available only in territories actually supported by providers and within this app’s distribution/device requirements. Cloudflare forwarding does not change OpenAI’s territory rules. Do not bypass restrictions, impersonate device integrity or attack quotas. See OpenAI supported countries and territories. Service may be limited or paused during testing; uninterrupted availability is not promised.
3. AI limitations
Responses, translations and images may be incorrect, incomplete, biased or similar to others’ outputs. Check important information and do not rely on it alone for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions. A reasoning summary is only a shareable model summary, not full private reasoning or a guarantee of correctness.
4. Your inputs and use of outputs
Make sure you have the right to submit text/images and obtain necessary consent. Do not submit unlawful content, violate others’ privacy or intellectual property, exploit children, cause harm or bypass safeguards. Assess whether an output is suitable and whether permission or disclosure is needed. We do not guarantee exclusivity, protectability or freedom from third-party claims. Provider safety policies may reject requests.
5. Stopping, cancellation and unknown outcomes
Stopping chat or cancelling an image task may not undo provider processing or charges already incurred. The operator covers those costs in this free beta; you are not charged. A timeout or lost connection does not prove that a task did not run. Check the original task before submitting a new one. Do not repeat requests to evade quotas.
6. Saving and data processing
Records are primarily local, with no account or cloud sync. Keep copies of important work; deletion or device loss may be irreversible. See the privacy notice for online processing, temporary retention, analytics choices and the limits of local deletion. Clearing local data does not recall exported/shared copies or provider-retained data.
